Holistic Microneedling
Microneedling, alongside with an acupuncture treatment, is a holistic opportunity to support overall health and wellness. Microneedling is the use of very small, single-use sterile needles to puncture the skin for facial rejuvenation. At Ripple Effect Wellness, we use high quality herbal serums with the microneedling treatments. When used with microneedling, the absorption of these products increases by 2000%. Our microneedling technique is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and it is a natural way to stimulate collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, age spots and scars. It also improves the texture of the skin. Best results are seen from 1 treatment a month, for 3-6 months.

Book NowHolistic Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses fine, short needles to support skin rejuvenation. Nanoneedling is a non-penetrative resurfacing treatment that helps to promote smooth and even skin texture.
This holistic technique encourages the body to produce collagen, stem cells, and elastin. This helps to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, age spots and sun spots. Microneedling also increases skin absorption by 2000%, allowing for greater receptivity to topical skincare products. It is also effective to stimulate hair re-growth on the scalp.
While microneedling and nanoneedling support the body in using its own resources to promote healing and collagen production, it also stimulates the movement of qi, blood, and interstitial fluids to the area of treatment. This improves the health of the tissues, bringing out the most beautiful you.

Results
The skin and spirit (shen) will be noticeable brighter in the days and weeks following the first treatment. People in their 20s and 30s and who have fewer skin concerns will typically see results after 3 sessions, whereas individuals ages 40 and older, and individuals of any age who have significant hyperpigmentation, sun damage, lines/wrinkles, and/or scarring, will typically need a total of 4-6 monthly sessions to see the most improvement.
Additionally, because our sessions include full body acupuncture treatment, you may feel more relaxed and see improvements in other areas such as sleep, digestion, or energy. The results are cumulative and you will see continued improvement from session to session.
